Before their guy gets in they were making MONTHLY video production. Now, we cant even get the basic filings from them.

I warned the original chairman about this guy having his way and entering the company. Beside taking the company into this fast pace spending with him benefiting from the resulted dilution, now we are even late in our quarterly filing like never this company had ever been if at all.
Why would he need filings any way? His guys already inside with the inside knowledge?
